Subscription & Billing

How do I subscribe to Glow Up Premium?
Open the app and tap Personal Plan or wait for the paywall to appear. Choose the Yearly or Monthly plan and tap Start My Glow-Up. Payment is processed securely via Apple.
What's included in Premium?
Premium unlocks AI-powered glow-up plans personalised to your goals, the full habit library, progress analytics, and priority new feature access.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not us. To cancel:
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Glow UpCancel Subscription.
Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open Glow Up, tap the paywall's Restore link at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Glow Up charge, and select Request a refund.
Is there a free trial?
Free trial availability may vary. If a free trial is shown on the paywall screen, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial with no charge.

Using the App

How does the AI plan work?
When you choose Generate plan, Glow Up asks permission before sending your selected selfie and chosen goal to Google Gemini through Glow Up's secure proxy. Glow Up does not store the selfie for this feature. Gemini uses it to generate your AI plan.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app?
Your habit logs and streak data are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will erase this data. Your Premium subscription status is safely stored with Apple and can be restored on any device with the same Apple ID.
How do I turn off notification reminders?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Glow Up and toggle off Allow Notifications, or adjust your preferred alert style.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try these steps in order:
  1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
  2. Check for an update in the App Store.
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. Delete and reinstall the app (note: local data will be lost).

How do I reset my onboarding or start fresh?
Currently, the quickest way to reset is to delete and reinstall the app. A built-in reset option is on our roadmap. If you need help, email us and we'll guide you through it.

Privacy & Data

What data does Glow Up collect?
Glow Up stores your habit logs locally on your device. We collect anonymous usage analytics and subscription status via RevenueCat. If you opt into the AI Personal Plan feature, your selected selfie and chosen goal are sent to Google Gemini only after you give in-app permission. Glow Up does not store the selfie for this feature. How do I request deletion of my data?
