Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Glow Up ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glow Up you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Glow Up offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Apple ID account.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it begins at the time of purchase. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified before a price change takes effect.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to their policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Health Disclaimer

The App provides general wellness and beauty habit information for educational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health or fitness programme.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
